Join Dr. Michelle Braun, a Yale- and Harvard-trained neuropsychologist, renowned cognitive health expert, and best-selling author of “High-Octane Brain,” for an important talk on the importance of optimal sleep.
Dr. Michelle Braun will share tips to give your brain the sleep it needs to function at optimal levels. You will also learn how to recognize sleep disorders, such as insomnia and sleep apnea, and how to make your sleeping environment a haven to maximize sleep quality.
