Join us for a delightful Lunch & Learn as Mary shares stories from her journey across Wisconsin, where she visited 40 of the state’s most beloved supper clubs, gathered their cherished recipes, and captured their rich history and unique charm. From rustic Northwoods taverns to the retro white Naugahyde booths of Racine’s iconic Hob Nob, Mary’s book is a captivating tribute to these cherished dining institutions.

Seating for lunch begins at 11:15 am in River’s Edge Restaurant. The presentation begins at 12:30pm.

With kielbasa and pretzel croutons.
Beef Stroganoff
Tender chunks of slow cooked beef with pearl onions, mushrooms, and sour cream. Garnished with cornichons and pickled red onion.
